Interior Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for transforming interior spaces into beautiful environments that meet clients' needs and expectations.

Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and requirements
- Create design concepts and presentations using software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Chief Architect
- Develop detailed plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selection, and lighting design
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings while considering factors such as sustainability and durability
- Oversee the implementation of design projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and new design technologies

Skills:
- Must have a degree in Interior Design or legitimate prior interior design experience (Without this you will not be considered for an interview)
- Ample knowledge of CAD software like AutoCAD, Sketchup, and/or Chief Architect for drafting plans and layouts
- Experience in lighting design to enhance the ambiance of interior spaces
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Sketchup, or Chief Architect for technical drawings and specifications
- Understanding of color theory to create harmonious color schemes
- Strong sales skills to communicate effectively with clients and vendors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Chief Architect or other 3D software for 3D modeling to visualize designs
- Ability to build and renovate spaces while considering structural integrity
