Interior Designer (3 Years Experience) for Masterverk

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts for 2BHK / 3BHK / villa / commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed layouts, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visuals/renderings.
• Handle material selection: furniture, finishes, lighting, fabrics, fixtures.
• Create and maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and costing estimates.
• Coordinate with production team (carpenters, vendors), site supervision, and ensure design execution as per plan.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to finalize designs and approvals.
• Site visits & measurements — translate site conditions into design and drawing updates.
• Quality control — ensure workmanship and finishing standards are maintained.
• Provide updates to clients & internal team; manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Keep up with design trends and suggest innovative & feasible design ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional interior design experience (residential/commercial).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (or equivalent), 3D rendering tools (e.g. 3ds Max / V-Ray), and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of materials — wood, laminates, veneers, PVC, PU finishing, stones, hardware.
• Good sense of space planning, ergonomics, aesthetics, and finishes.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, vendor/material coordination.
• Strong communication skills — ability to interact with clients, vendors, and site team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

Bonus Skills (preferred, but not mandatory)

• Experience in site coordination / site supervision.
• Knowledge of carpentry joinery, furniture manufacturing, and on-site execution challenges.
• Client facing experience — making presentations, mood boards, sample boards.
• Passion for design trends, creativity, and aesthetic sensibility.
