Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to determine project goals, requirements, and budgets.
• Develop design concepts and present them through mood boards, sketches, 3D visualizations and Working Drawing in 2D.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings.
• Select furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes in alignment with project specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of professional interior design experience (residential, commercial, or both).
• Strong portfolio showcasing past projects and design capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, materials, and design trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing full-cycle design projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable and green design principles.
• Membership or certification with design organizations is a plus.
