Interior Designer

Job Description:

• Independently conceptualize, design, and execute residential interior projects, including apartments, studio homes, and compact living spaces.

• Develop space planning, layouts, and 2D/3D design presentations.

• Handle complete project lifecycle – from client briefing, design proposals, and approvals.

• Coordination with Execution team for suitable materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and accessories as per project requirement.

• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and modern interior concepts.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential interior designing (apartments, studio spaces, villas preferred).

• Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and related design tools.

• Ability to independently handle clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and modular furniture,

• Excellent visualization skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling capabilities.
