Interior Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations using design software.
• Ensure all designs meet quality, functionality, and brand standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from concept to completion.
• Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and vision.
• Present design concepts and material options confidently and clearly.
• Co-create functional and aesthetic design solutions based on client needs.
• Guide clients in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories.
• Resolve design or site-related issues with practical and timely solutions.
• Take accurate site measurements and oversee on-site installation when required. Attend store walk-ins and convert leads through design consultations and proposals.
• Generate business through client referrals and collaborations with architects or builders.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the project.
• Follow company processes, policies, and documentation standards.
• Be flexible to work on weekends, depending on project and client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar 3D design software.
• Strong creative and visualization skills with attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing residential or commercial interior projects independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
