Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative, skilled, and passionate Interior Designer to join our team. As part of our design studio, you will work closely with senior designers and architects to bring vision to life, creating beautiful and functional spaces for our diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute interior design projects from concept to completion for residential, commercial, and educational spaces.

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into functional design solutions.

• Develop and present mood boards, design concepts, 3D visualizations, layouts, and material palettes.

• Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and design specifications for contractors and vendors.

• Collaborate with the architecture team, ensuring seamless integration between interior and architectural designs.

• Oversee project progress, managing timelines, budgets, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in interior design and architecture.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer in a professional setting.

• Proficient in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Strong understanding of spatial design, color theory, materials, and finishes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment while also showing initiative and independence.

• Experience in managing client relationships and understanding their requirements.

• Knowledge of functional aspects of interior design.

Preferred Skills:

• Good presentation and communication skills.

• Knowledge of sustainability principles and eco-friendly design practices.

• Prior experience working in both residential and/or commercial projects is a plus.
