Interior Designer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Interior Designer to assist with designing functional, aesthetically pleasing and innovative spaces. In this role, you will work with clients, architects and other team members to create personalized design concepts, select furnishings and materials and oversee the execution of design plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences and budget.
• Create and present design concepts, mood boards and layouts.
• Select materials, furniture, finishes and fixtures in alignment with the client’s vision.
• Prepare and revise detailed drawings, floor plans and 3D renderings.
• Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure the final result meets quality standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and vendor relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, new materials and industry best practices.
• Lead all phases of interior design projects including programming, conceptual design, space planning, material selection, FF&E specification, construction documentation and installation.
• Translate client needs and brand identity into innovative, functional and visually compelling design solutions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, 5 to 7 year in Dubai particularly in fit-out projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client relations skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus. how to apply online Authority Approval (DM, CD, DDA, Trakhees etc)
• Must have experience in Furniture industry
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, materials, and finishes to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation of detailed drawings, renderings and documentation sets.
