Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our firm. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for our clients. You will collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements, develop design concepts, and present design proposals. Additionally, you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of interior design projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with clients to determine their interior design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

2. Develop design concepts that align with clients' requirements and create visual representations, including floor plans, color schemes, and 3D renderings.

3. Source and select materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories for interior design projects.

4. Coordinate with contractors and other professionals to ensure smooth implementation of design plans.

5. Provide guidance and recommendations on space planning, lighting, color schemes, and material selection.

6. Monitor and supervise the progress of interior design projects, including site visits to sites.

7. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative design solutions.

8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.

9. Maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, budgets, and timelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proven work experience as an Interior Designer.

2. Familiarity in design software such as AutoCAD & SketchUp.

3. Strong knowledge of space planning, color schemes, materials, and furniture selection.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

7. Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
