Interior Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Junior Interior Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Interior Design from a top-tier institution and a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs, technical proficiency, and space planning expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in concept development, space planning, and design execution for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Create detailed CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
• Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with the design vision.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure design accuracy and quality control.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to bring fresh perspectives to projects.

Requirements:

✔ Masters’s degree in Interior Design from a top design college (e.g., NID, CEPT, JJ School of Arts, Raffles, ISDI, or equivalent).
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
✔ Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture selection.
✔ Excellent space planning, color theory, and aesthetic sense.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts.
