Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can manage site execution and ensure smooth implementation of interior works as per approved drawings. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit project sites regularly and manage interior execution as per approved drawings and specifications and also handling the team.

2. Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other vendors

3. Ensure work is executed accurately according to design intent, drawings, and BOQs

4. Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines

5. Resolve site-related design and execution issues promptly

6. Prepare and update drawings as required during execution

7. Ensure adherence to safety norms and company quality standards

8. Report daily/weekly site progress to the project manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

• * Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
• * 1–3 years of experience in interior site execution (commercial projects preferred)
• * Strong understanding of drawings, materials, and on-site processes
• * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); basic knowledge of SketchUp/3D tools is a plus
• * Good communication and coordination skills
• * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile

• * Experience in commercial office interiors or corporate fit-outs
• * Hands-on experience in site coordination and execution
• * Willingness to travel to project sites as required
