Full job description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand design requirements and project vision.
• Develop detailed interior layouts, furniture designs, and technical drawings for fitouts.
• Produce 2D and 3D CAD drawings and visualizations for approval and manufacturing.
• Ensure designs are practical, functional, and comply with relevant codes and regulations.
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with client needs and budgets.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and materials to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, Interior Draftsperson, or similar role in fitouts or furniture manufacturing.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Experience in creating detailed construction drawings and 3D renderings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in furniture design or custom fitouts is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
