Design & Planning
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections
- Prepare design presentations, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, client requirements, and market trends
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants for design integration
Project Management
- Plan, manage, and oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover
- Prepare project timelines, budgets, BOQs, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress, site activities, and quality standards
- Manage vendors, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve on-site issues promptly
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle
- Communicate project updates, design changes, and approvals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and construction
Quality, Cost & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
- Control project costs and minimize variations
- Ensure timely procurement and installation of materials and finishes
