Responsibilities

• Supporting the retail design development and execution of our concept stores
• Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, and construction time
• Direct activities of workers engaged in execution at the site
• Integrate engineering element into unified design
• Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans
• Work on plans, designs, and furnishes interior environments of retail outlets
• Integrates knowledge of interior design and formulates plan to be practical
• Ensure that the interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, color schemes, color coordination are done properly
• On site execution of Civil and interior work as per drawings shared
• Quality check for obtaining standard finishes
• Collaborate on high-end hospitality projects alongside globally renowned partners such as The Oberoi Group and designer Bill Bensley.

Requirements

• Auto CAD, 3D Max
• Well verse in Architecture softwares
• Good communication skills
• Good in multitasking and must be a good team player
