Interior Designer

Role Summary: Dynamic and detail-oriented, focusing on designing and executing new Drunken Monkey outlets (layouts, aesthetics, functionality), and also involving creative brand design like posters, signages, and visual touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design outlet layouts based on brand guidelines, customer flow, and site constraints

● Work closely with operations team on café interiors, vendor coordination, and on-site execution

● Select materials, finishes, and branding elements to ensure each outlet feels uniquely “Drunken Monkey”

● Ensure stores are both aesthetically strong and functionally efficient

● Coordinate sites during rollout to monitor progress and resolve design challenges on-ground

● Create marketing collaterals like posters,Signages, in-store branding elements. And Support marketing team with content with design needs for franchise and outlet promotions

● Maintain design consistency across all visual touchpoints

Expected Skills:

● Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and similar

● Knowledge in Photoshop, Canva or other design tools

● Strong understanding of space, lighting, materiality, and branding

● Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight timelines

● Good communication and coordination skills (with vendors + internal teams)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
