Linex Design and Interiors is seeking talented and motivated Interior Design Architects and Interior Engineers to join our growing team. The role involves design development, technical coordination, and site execution for residential and commercial interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with factory, site supervisors, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
• Handle material selection, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are executed within timelines and quality standards.
• Resolve technical and design-related site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and local authority requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil/Interior Engineering.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and joinery details.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar is an advantage.
• Familiarity with BOQ preparation and material take-offs.
• Understanding of site execution, coordination, and project timelines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
