Interior Designer

We’re Hiring: Interior Designer (Custom Cabinets & Joinery)

Join our growing custom cabinet and furniture company as an interior designer! We’re looking for a motivated, energetic individual with a passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget for custom cabinetry and interior solutions.

2. Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.

3. Prepare layout plans, 3D designs, and technical drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, and other custom furniture.

4. Coordinate closely with the sales team to support quotations and project proposals.

5. Select suitable materials, finishes, colors, and accessories based on client needs and company standards.

6. Revise designs according to client feedback and finalize drawings for production.

7. Prepare and check shop drawings to ensure accuracy before factory production.

8. Coordinate with the factory, installation team, and project team to ensure design feasibility and smooth execution.

9. Ensure designs comply with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

10. Assist in resolving design-related issues during production and installation stages.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in custom cabinetry, joinery, or interior fit-out projects.

3. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software.

4. Good understanding of custom cabinets, materials, hardware, and production processes.

5. Strong sense of design, color matching, and space planning.

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time.

7. Good communication skills and ability to work with clients, sales teams, and factories.

8. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

9. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

10. Experience in the UAE market is an advantage.

Preferred (Optional):

• Knowledge of kitchen systems, wardrobes, and built-in furniture

• Experience working with overseas factories or suppliers

• English communication skills (Arabic or Chinese is a plus)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
