Interior Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect or Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on all phases of commercial interior projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from conceptual sketches to construction documentation, utilizing advanced design software and techniques.

Duties

• Develop architectural designs and concepts using Revit.
• Create detailed schematic plans, construction drawings, and presentation materials.
• Utilize Bluebeam and Revit for document management and review processes.
• Prepare interior design layouts and graphic presentations for client approvals.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors during the construction phase to ensure design integrity.
• Work with other team members to meet project schedules, budgets and design aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong skills in drafting, schematics development, and CAD systems.
• Experience with construction documentation and commercial interior projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical design and system integration within architectural projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
