Position - Junior Interior Designer

Location - Dubai | Onsite | Full-time

We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer (based in UAE) with 1+ years of experience in the same field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as inbound inquiries, referrals, and networking events
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the requirements, preferences, and budget constraints of potential clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop customized interior solutions that align with client specifications and company capabilities
• Prepare detailed proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and scope of work, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Engage with clients through presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the value proposition of our interior solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify potential business growth areas.
• Provide support to the sales team by participating in client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization processes.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts for management review.
• Gather feedback from clients regarding our products and services to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and convey design concepts
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Flexible and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.
