Hiring: Interior Designer (Kitchens & Modular Furniture)

Location: PU4, Indore, MP

Industry: Furniture / Modular Kitchens / Interiors

Experience: Minimum 2 years in kitchen design projects; preferably 3–5 years of hands-on experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, or residential interiors.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer with strong kitchen-specific domain experience to manage end-to-end design and execution of kitchen and modular furniture projects.

The role involves 3D designing, drawings, project planning, execution, and on-field inspection, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Reporting: This position will report to the Senior Interior Designer (Divya) already present at the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning: Create kitchen and modular furniture layouts using 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
• Project Management: Handle projects from concept to completion, including client coordination, site measurements, and timelines
• On-Field Inspections: Regular site visits to ensure designs are executed accurately
• Client Coordination: Discuss design requirements, present 3D renders, and incorporate feedback
• Execution Oversight: Coordinate with production and installation teams for quality delivery
• Drawings & Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, BOMs, material specifications, and approvals
• Quality Control: Ensure installations meet design specifications, functionality, and aesthetics
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, and operations teams for smooth project execution

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in kitchen design projects (3–5 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or other 3D design software
• Hands-on experience in kitchen, modular wardrobes, office furniture, and modular interior projects
• Strong project management & execution skills
• Ability to conduct on-field inspections and supervise installations
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Own laptop for design work

Preferred:

• Experience with high-end residential or commercial kitchen projects
• Understanding of modular furniture systems, fittings, and finishes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneousl

Work Timings & Compensation:

• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekly off: Roster-based
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Performance-based incentives

What This Role Is NOT:

• Not a purely design-only role; execution and site coordination are essential
• Not a junior intern or trainee role
• Not for candidates without kitchen-specific domain experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
