Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan, design, and manage interior spaces that are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. The Interior Designer will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver designs that meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and space plans
• Create detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications
• Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and color schemes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field
• Prepare project cost estimates and manage budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors
• Oversee project execution to ensure design intent is met
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
• Present design proposals and revisions to clients
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar)
• Strong creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, and construction methods
• Ability to manage time, budgets, and multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification or license (where applicable)
• Experience with residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices

Work Environment

• Office-based with regular site visits
• May require flexible hours based on project timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
