Summary
MSCEB is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join its Architectural team.
The role is open to mid-level and senior professionals, with responsibilities and authority aligned to the candidate’s experience and competency level.
The successful candidate will be involved in interior design projects from concept through detailed design and construction stages, working closely with Architecture, MEP, Landscape, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, coordinated design solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop interior design projects from concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.

Prepare design drawings, material boards, FF&E selections, lighting concepts, and detailing packages.

Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, Landscape, and BIM teams to ensure integrated design solutions.

Support or lead client presentations, design reviews, and coordination meetings.

Ensure designs comply with project briefs, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Provide technical input during tender and construction stages, including design clarifications.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited university.

Master’s degree is an advantage (for senior-level candidates).
Technical & Professional Skills

Revit experience is a MUST

Strong design development, detailing, and coordination skills.

Proven experience in FF&E, materials, lighting, and interior detailing.

High level of accuracy, timeliness, and quality control.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience working on large-scale or complex projects is an advantage.
