Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong rendering skills to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative interior design concepts and producing high-quality 2D/3D visualizations and photorealistic renders to effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and material palettes
• Create high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models for residential/commercial projects
• Produce photorealistic renders and walkthroughs to present design concepts
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors throughout the design process
• Prepare detailed drawings for execution, including layouts, elevations, and specifications
• Incorporate client feedback and revise designs accordingly
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies
• Ensure designs meet project budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in rendering and design software such as:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit
• V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape (or similar)
• Photoshop / Illustrator (preferred)
• Strong understanding of space planning, lighting, materials, and color theory
• Ability to produce realistic, high-quality visualizations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
• Knowledge of construction drawings and site coordination
• Ability to create animations or walkthroughs is a plus
