About the Role

Ludico is looking for a Mid-Level Interior Designer who is more than just a technician. We need a creative force who can take a concept from a "playful idea" to a "luxurious reality." You should be "mildly good" (and by that, we mean technically solid with a great eye) and, most importantly, possess the social intelligence to handle high-profile clients in the Abu Dhabi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for clients. You must be able to present designs confidently, explain technical choices, and handle feedback with professionalism and grace.
• End-to-End Design: Develop sophisticated mood boards, 3D visualizations, and detailed 2D technical packages (joinery, RCP, and masonry plans).
• Abu Dhabi Market Savvy: Navigate the local landscape of suppliers and contractors, ensuring that Ludico’s high standards for quality and luxury are met on every site visit.
• Creative Problem Solving: Bridge the gap between architectural constraints and the "beautiful feel" our clients expect.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit are a must. High-level 3D rendering (3ds Max, V-Ray, or Corona) is strongly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You need to be able to "sell the vision" to a client while staying grounded in the project’s reality.
• Portfolio: A portfolio that shows a balance of creative residential projects and detailed technical drawings.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
