The Role

This is a high-impact position that sits at the intersection of creativity and construction. You will be the primary guide for our clients as they make the decisions that turn a house into a home.

Core Responsibility: You will be responsible for guiding customers through the selection and pricing processes for both the interior and exterior of the home. You will ensure their vision is captured accurately in our BIM software while ensuring every choice fits within their investment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Spatial Planning: Utilize BIM software to create intelligent 3D models, with a heavy focus on functional cabinet layouts and interior spatial flow.
• The Design-to-Pricing Process: Bridge the gap between "pretty pictures" and reality. You will translate designs into actionable pricing, ensuring the customer's selections align with their budget.
• Full-Home Selection Meetings: Lead engaging design sessions, helping clients select everything from shingles and siding to cabinetry and hardware.
• Purchasing & Procurement: (A Major Plus) Assist in the sourcing and ordering of materials, ensuring that what is designed is what arrives on-site.
• Detail Documentation: Create precise drawings and specifications that our field teams can execute without guesswork.

• New Construction Enthusiast: You genuinely love the process of building from the ground up and understand the nuances of new home construction.
• BIM Savvy: You have a passion for drawing and digital modeling. You are a fast learner who can master new software and workflows quickly.
• Detail-Oriented & Analytical: You enjoy the "math" of design—calculating costs, managing spreadsheets, and ensuring the project stays financially viable.
• Team Player: You believe that the best homes are built through collaboration between the designer, the builder, and the client.
