Role Description

We are looking for a Interior Designer (based in UAE) with 2+ years of experience in the same field.

Job Description

As an Interior Designer, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. You should be confident communicating regularly with clients in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the Interior Design trends in order to provide the best idea for the client.

Responsibilities

Sales Support: Provide support to the business head by participating in client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization processes.

To own Customer Experience during a project: Understanding Customer Needs, preferences, and budget constraints of potential clients.

Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and scope of work, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.

Client Engagement: Engage with clients through presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the value proposition of our interior solutions.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and appliances

To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables.

To own an end to end Project lifecycle.Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients regarding our products and services to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and convey design concepts.

Ability to build and nurture client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.

• Flexible and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.
