Mid-Level Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities
-
Collaborate with the team on
test fits, finish upgrades, and amenity spaces
for multi-tenant office buildings.

Manage project phases from concept through construction administration, including programming, design development, documentation, and coordination.

Prepare and present
building-standard finish packages
aligned with branding, budgets, and schedule goals.

Work closely with brokers, contractors, consultants, and product reps to achieve project objectives.

Participate in
space planning, FF&E selection, and furniture systems coordination
.

Create
graphic presentations, renderings, finish plans, and material specifications
.

Assist with schedules, budgets, and documentation while supporting senior designers.

Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor's degree in
Interior Design
from an accredited program.

2-5 years
of commercial interior design experience (3+ years preferred).

Experience with
landlord or tenant improvement (TI)
projects.

Strong skills in
space planning, finish selection, FF&E coordination, and construction documentation
.

Ability to learn
ArchiCAD
quickly; experience with BIM platforms (Revit, etc.) preferred.

Understanding of
BOMA standards
and building efficiency considerations.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred

Familiarity with tools such as
Twinmotion, SketchUp, VRay
, or similar visualization platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
