We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our Virginia Beach, VA team in a full-time, on-site capacity. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating sophisticated spaces tailored to client needs, including space planning, selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and ensuring design alignment with architectural and construction standards. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients, developing comprehensive design proposals, and managing projects from concept to completion.

• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts
• Knowledge of Architecture and experience working with Construction Drawings
• Proficiency in FF&E selection, specification, and design integration
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to interact with clients effectively
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) and basic knowledge of industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Certification, licensing, or accreditation in interior design is a plus
