Interior Designer

We are a Southern Oregon design-build firm specializing in thoughtfully designed, high-quality custom homes.

This Interior Designer role will work closely with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to guide interior selections and ensure a cohesive, elevated design from concept through completion. The designer will also be responsible for clearly translating client vision, design intent, and selection details into actionable information for subcontractors and field teams, helping ensure accurate execution in the build process.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through interior finish and material selections for custom homes
• Develop cohesive design concepts aligned with client vision and project budgets
• Maintain organized selection schedules and documentation
• Collaborate closely with project managers, and construction teams
• Attend client meetings, showroom visits, and job site walkthroughs
• Ensure selections are completed on schedule to support construction timelines
• Tracking and maintaining budget and track upgrades and credits based on customer selections

Skills

• Previous experience in residential new construction and/or remodel is a requirement
• Portfolio will be requested
• Strong eye for detail, materials, color, and timeless design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Experience in project management from initial concept through installation to ensure timely delivery.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
