Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that align with client visions, budgets, and project requirements.
• Create detailed drawings and visualizations using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D, and Chief Architect.
• Prepare accurate drafting, specifications, and construction documents for renovation and remodeling projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution from initial planning through construction.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and contracts to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installation processes, lighting design implementation, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Source materials, lighting solutions, and furnishings that complement the design aesthetic while considering functionality and cost-effectiveness.

Skills

• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D (3ds Max), Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, and Chief Architect for drafting and visualization.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles including color theory, lighting sales, CAD drafting, and space planning.
• Experience in renovation projects, remodeling processes, construction coordination, and contract management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent project management skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting practices and sales techniques related to lighting design and interior furnishings.
• Understanding of building codes, safety standards, and legal contracts relevant to interior projects.

Pay: $58,262.98 - $70,166.16 per year
