Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional requirements for interior spaces.
• Develop comprehensive design concepts utilizing digital design tools and 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or CAD.
• Create detailed layouts, mood boards, and presentation materials using Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Incorporate principles of color theory, typography, and visual design to craft cohesive and engaging interior environments.
• Produce high-quality visualizations through photography, motion graphics, and digital art to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
• Stay current with industry trends in fashion design, web design, print advertising, and production design to bring fresh perspectives into your projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design or related fields such as graphic design, production design, or digital art.
• Proficiency in digital design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, SketchUp, Maya, and CAD programs.
• Strong understanding of art direction principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Knowledge of web design languages such as HTML and CSS is a plus for integrated digital projects.
• Ability to create compelling illustrations and 2D/3D animations that enhance interior concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design, motion graphics, screen printing techniques, or other relevant creative work is highly desirable.
