Full-Time Interior Designer

We’re looking for a Full-Time Interior Designer who can confidently lead projects from concept to completion, someone who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of design, communicates with clarity, and understands that the magic lives in the details.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential and commercial projects end-to-end
- Lead design development including space planning, FF&E selections, and 3D modeling
- Produce and manage drawing sets, redlines, and construction documentation
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, fabricators, and vendors
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Designer and internal team to execute design intent
- Coordinate with architects and consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery
- Oversee procurement in collaboration with the Studio Operations Coordinator
- Conduct site visits and support construction administration (RFIs, submittals, install coordination)
- Present design concepts, materials, and revisions with clarity and confidence
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track

Desired Skills & Experience
- 4–8+ years of experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial)
- Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp
- Solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing
- Experience sourcing FF&E from To the Trade vendors across a broad range of budget tiers and aesthetic genres
- Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor coordination
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to balance creative vision with technical execution
- Experience working directly with clients and leading meetings
