Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for kitchens, baths, closets and secondary spaces, ensuring they meet the needs and preferences of our clients while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop creative and practical designs for residential spaces using CAD or Sketchup software and other design tools.

Assist in conducting site visits to gather measurements, assess space constraints, and gather information for design projects.

Support the development of detailed drawings, specifications, and installation documents for client presentations and project implementation.

Assist in coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and products related to residential design.

Provide administrative support, such as organizing project files, maintaining design libraries, and preparing project documentation.

Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and solutions for design challenges.

Qualifications:

Degree or Coursework in Interior Design or Architecture or relevant experience.

Previous coursework or internship experience in kitchen and bath design is preferred but not required.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings and specifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
