Permanent showrooms are open year-round in Atlanta, Las Vegas and High Point, NC. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established dress code and image guidelines
• Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
• Perform as an inspiring and motivating leader who can engage people fully in reaching goals and generating growth and long-term profitability.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Work with sales team and management to ensure that each client issue is accurately resolved to the benefit of the business
• Take ownership and commitment to delivering results, while remaining aware of personal and store metrics
• Create personal sales and clientele experience strategies in partnership with the management team.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of luxury retail experience (Preferred)
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
• Deep understanding of luxury brands, fashion trends, and home styling techniques
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation:

• $25.00/ hour + commission
• 401k (with 2% match),
