Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities (Renovation & Construction)

• Prepare interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop 2D drawings, 3D designs, and presentation materials using design software.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes suitable for project specifications.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, site engineers, and project managers during execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design implementation as per approved drawings.
• Ensure all renovation and fit-out works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards.
• Review technical drawings and shop drawings before execution.
• Assist in project planning, timelines, and cost control for interior fit-out and renovation works.
• Resolve design and site-related issues during project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, approvals, and material submittals.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
