Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing, and client-focused interior spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, including space planning, material selection, design presentations, technical drawings, and coordination with consultants, suppliers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Prepare space planning layouts and detailed design drawings.
• Produce 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and technical documentation.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design quality.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and material schedules.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications.
• Stay updated with market trends, materials, and industry innovations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and detailing.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
