Part-Time Interior Designer / Home Staging Designer

Staging Home Services is a growing Vacant Home Staging and Remodeling company seeking a hands-on Interior Designer with a flexible schedule and a passion for creating beautiful spaces.

• Starting at 8:00 AM
• Approximately 15–25 hours per week (3–5 hours per day)

Responsibilities

• Create design selections for upcoming staging projects using our in-house inventory software.
• Develop and refine staging kits, including bedding, artwork, accessories, and décor packages.
• Review staging photos from job sites and provide feedback to ensure homes are market-ready before the team leaves.
• Assist with sourcing and purchasing inventory items as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Assist with design selections for remodeling projects and Airbnb properties.
• Create mood boards and design concepts for clients and internal projects.
• Assist with marketing initiatives by create daily social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and other company platforms.
• Develop engaging posts, stories, reels, and other content that showcase completed staging projects, remodeling work, team activities, and company updates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in interior design, home staging, model homes, visual merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color palettes, furniture layouts, and current design trends.
• Ability to create cohesive, functional, and visually appealing spaces.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Canva, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of remodeling materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Experience creating mood boards and client presentations.
