Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and produce detailed design drawings, floor plans, and elevations using CAD software.

-Create 3D models and visualizations of interior spaces using SketchUp & Photoshop.

-Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and preferences.

-Prepare and present design concepts, material selections, and color schemes.

-Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client specifications.

-Revise and refine design plans based on feedback and project needs.

-Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in interior design and drafting.

-Strong eye for details and with on site experience in project supervision and management.

-Effective communication and presentation skills.

-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Draftsman with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), SketchUp and Photoshop.
