Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Associate based in Dubai. The Design Associate will collaborate on interior and creative design projects, assist with graphic and visual design tasks, manage creative deliverables, and participate in project coordination processes.

The role also involves direct client interaction to understand design requirements, present concepts, manage feedback, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the project journey. The candidate will work closely with sales and business development teams to support client meetings, contribute to sales-oriented design presentations, and help convert design ideas into successful business opportunities.

Strong communication, client handling, teamwork, creativity, and organizational skills are essential for ensuring timely project completion and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and proficiency in design software and creative tools
• Knowledge of Interior Design principles and space aesthetics
• Excellent communication and client interaction abilities
• Ability to support sales discussions through presentations and visual storytelling
• Experience in project coordination and managing multiple deliverables
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with current interior and design industry trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in interior design, client servicing, or sales-oriented creative roles is a plus

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
