Silver Mountain Interiors is a high-end interior design firm in Park City specializing in luxury mountain homes. From new construction to remodels, furniture, and accessories, we create seamless, elevated, and fun design experiences for our esteemed clients.

We’re looking for two talented designers to join our growing team:

• Junior Designer (2–4+ years experience)
• Senior Designer (5–10+ years experience, client-facing)

What We’re Looking For

We need experienced, self-sufficient designers who can jump right in. This is not a training role—we’re looking for professionals who know the luxury design world and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Required skills (for both roles):

• AutoCAD proficiency
• Experience with construction documents
• Knowledge of high-end furniture lines and finishes
• Familiarity with sophisticated mountain design aesthetics
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Tech-savvy: Google Drive, Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint
• Bonus skills: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator

Additional expectations for Senior Designer:

• Client-facing: polished, professional, confident, and outgoing
• Experience building rapport with high-net-worth clients
• Excellent communication and responsiveness

Compensation & Benefits

• Junior Designer: Starting at $65,000/year
• Senior Designer: Base $71,000/year + commissions (earning potential $100K+)
• $50/month cell phone reimbursement
• $150/month health insurance reimbursement
• Paid standard holidays
• 10 days PTO + flexible unpaid days off
• Remote work day weekly
