Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to interpret and translate interior design concepts into detailed 3D visualizations.
• Create realistic and visually compelling renderings, focusing on accurate lighting, materials, textures, and spatial composition.
• Utilize 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion) to produce photorealistic presentations.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, and concept presentations to showcase design proposals effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization, incorporating innovative approaches into projects.
• Work closely with design and architectural teams to refine and enhance design concepts based on feedback and project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with strong expertise in 3D visualization and rendering.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to create detailed 3D models, textures, lighting, and renderings to produce photorealistic interior designs.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, spatial arrangements, and material selection.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with design teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in 3D visualization and interior design.
