Interior Designer/ 3D Visualizer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer / Designer and Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design and exceptional skills in creating high-quality photorealistic renderings and visualizations for various projects, ranging from large-scale commercial developments to residential properties and interior spaces. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, artistic flair, and architectural knowledge to translate conceptual designs into compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Visualization & Design

* Create photorealistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations of architectural and interior design projects using industry-standard software.

* Develop and manage 3D models from 2D plans, sketches, or conceptual ideas.

* Apply advanced techniques for lighting, texturing, and material mapping to enhance the realism and visual impact of the visualizations.

* Produce still renders, 360° views, and walkthrough videos

* Collaborate with the design and architecture teams to understand project requirements, design intent, and material specifications.

* Ensure all visualizations accurately reflect the architectural design, scale, and aesthetic vision of the project.

Architectural & Technical:

* Contribute to the design and development of architectural plans and concepts across various project stages (conceptual to documentation).

* Prepare and refine design presentations for client and stakeholder review.

* Conduct site analysis and integrate real-world context into the visualizations where necessary.

* Maintain a strong understanding of building codes, material performance, and construction methods to inform both design and visualization.

* Manage and organize project files, asset libraries, and rendering pipelines efficiently.

Qualifications:

Required:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

* Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in 3D visualization, architectural rendering, and design.

* Software Proficiency (Expert Level):

* 3D Modeling: [e.g., Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max]

* Rendering: [e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Corona Renderer]

* Post-Production: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

* 2D Drafting: AutoCAD

* Portfolio: A strong, diverse, and well-organized portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural visualization and design projects.

Skills & Competencies:

* Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, color, and aesthetics.

* Understanding of lighting, scale, materials, and real-world detailing

* Strong architectural design sense and the ability to interpret and implement complex design ideas.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

* Effective verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and design concepts clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
