We are a boutique luxury interior design & fit-out studio based in Dubai, known for refined aesthetics, technical excellence, and a meticulous approach to detail. Our projects span high-end residential, hospitality, and bespoke commercial environments. We are expanding our creative team and seeking an exceptional 3D Visualiser to bring our design concepts to life with clarity, emotion, and precision.

Role Overview

The 3D Visualiser will collaborate closely with our Design Lead and project teams to produce photorealistic renderings, mood studies, and visual narratives that communicate the essence of our design vision. This role suits someone with a luxury design eye, strong technical skills, and the ability to translate concept into immersive visuals.

Key Responsibilities•

Produce photorealistic 3D renderings for interiors, exteriors, and bespoke joinery elements.

Develop concept visuals, mood imagery, and material studies during early design stages.

Work with designers to refine layouts, lighting concepts, and FF&E selections.

Manage 3D asset libraries, materials, and textures to ensure consistency and quality.

Coordinate with the design and technical teams to ensure accuracy between renders, drawings, and material specifications.

Deliver presentations and visual packs for client meetings when required.

Maintain an organized workflow and adhere to project timelines without compromising on quality.

Requirements• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a 3D Visualiser in Dubai or the GCC.•

Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD.•

Demonstrated ability to create luxury-level photorealistic renders.•

Experience in interior design or architecture studios is essential.•

Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and spatial composition.•

Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining uncompromising quality.•

A refined design sensibility and interest in high-end interiors.What We Offer•
