Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Interior Designer & Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for interior design, excellent creative skills, and the ability to produce high-quality 3D renders and design concepts. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing interior design solutions and transforming them into realistic 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and company standards.
• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and animations.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and layout plans.
• Collaborate with the design team, architects, and project managers.
• Revise and update designs according to feedback.
• Ensure timely delivery of design presentations and renderings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D designer, interior designer, or visualizer.
• Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and lighting.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Portfolio showcasing previous 3D interior visualization work (required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience in residential or commercial interior design projects.
