Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer

About the role
You will create high quality 3D visuals and support design development for residential and commercial renovation projects. You will work with the project team to turn concepts into clear and realistic visuals for clients and internal use.

Key responsibilities

• Create 3D models, renders, animations, and walkthroughs for interior projects
• Interpret drawings, sketches, and mood boards into detailed 3D visuals
• Work with designers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy
• Prepare presentation packages with still renders and visual layouts
• Apply materials, lighting, textures, and furniture for realistic output
• Revise visuals based on client and management feedback
• Meet deadlines and maintain company quality standards
• Track trends and improve visualization techniques and tools

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred, strong portfolio can substitute
• 2 to 3 years experience in architectural visualization
• Strong skills in 3ds Max and Corona or V Ray
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop
• Good knowledge of architectural drawings and layouts
• SketchUp and Enscape knowledge is a plus
• D5 Render knowledge is a plus
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and creative vision
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Open to feedback and revisions
