Interior Designer Architect

1. Design & Planning

• Create concepts and designs for buildings (residential, commercial, industrial, public spaces).
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, 3D models, and design presentations.
• Balance aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and client requirements.

2. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Meet clients to understand needs, budgets, and lifestyle/business requirements.
• Present design ideas and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, interior designers, and government authorities.

3. Technical & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and zoning laws.
• Prepare documents for building approvals and permits.
• Incorporate sustainability, green building, and energy efficiency guidelines where needed.

4. Project Management

• Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
• Oversee construction to ensure it follows design specifications.
• Conduct site visits, resolve design/technical issues, and monitor progress.

5. Innovation & Technology

• Use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and BIM (Building Information Modelling) software.
• Stay updated with new materials, technologies, and sustainable design trends.
