Job Description

Universal BIM is seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer – BIM to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BIM-based interior design, space planning, and detailed fit-out drawings with UAE project experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for interior design projects using Revit.
• Prepare interior layouts, shop drawings, and detailed design documentation.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams.
• Produce high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and deadlines.
• Assist in material selection, detailing, and design development.
• Review and update drawings based on client and consultant comments.
• Maintain BIM standards and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience in Interior Design BIM projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out detailing and BIM workflows.
• Experience working on UAE standards and regulations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Navisworks, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Strong understanding of interior materials and finishes.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes.
