Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with proven experience in Chief Architect and material selection to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about residential design, enjoys working directly with homeowners, and can balance creativity with budget-conscious planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with homeowners to develop design concepts tailored to their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Create detailed plan sets and 3D renderings in Chief Architect for remodel projects.
• Guide clients through the material selection process (cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, fixtures, etc.).
• Work alongside project managers and construction teams to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
• Provide design expertise across multiple remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and additions.
• Maintain awareness of current design trends and apply them appropriately to client projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional interior design experience (residential remodeling preferred).
• Proficiency in Chief Architect (required).
• Strong knowledge of material selection, space planning, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and client-interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a design-build team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field (preferred, but not required if experience is strong).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $50,000 – $80,000+ annually, depending on experience and portfolio.
