Interior Designer (Concept & 3D Visualization)

Role Objective

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer to bridge the gap between imagination and reality for our clients. You will play a vital role in the sales process by creating stunning 3D visualizations and functional layouts that showcase our premium porcelain tile collections in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptual Design: Develop innovative design concepts and mood boards tailored to client requirements and current architectural trends.
• 3D Visualization: Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs to help clients visualize tile applications in kitchens, bathrooms, and large-scale projects.
• Technical Layouts: Prepare accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, and tiling patterns using AutoCAD.
• Material Selection: Curate and recommend tile combinations, grouts, and finishes that align with the client’s aesthetic and budget.
• Client Presentations: Present design proposals directly to premium walk-in customers or project consultants, explaining the functional and aesthetic benefits of your choices.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the Project Sales and Retail teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and that specified materials are in stock.

Technical Requirements

• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software (such as V-Ray, Lumion, or 3ds Max).
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of material properties, spatial planning, and color theory.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating previous interior design projects (specifically focusing on flooring/wall cladding is a plus).

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an interior design firm or a high-end building material showroom.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple design briefs simultaneously under tight deadlines.
