Job Title : Interior Designer cum Project Coordinator (Corporate Office Fit-Out)

Key Responsibilities
Design & Technical
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for corporate office interior projects
- Develop high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs
- Work on concept design, layout planning, and detailed drawings
- Understand and interpret architectural and interior drawings
- Coordinate design changes based on client and site requirements
Estimation & Documentation
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Assist in cost estimation, material selection, and quantity calculations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material specifications
Project & Site Coordination
- Handle site visits, site supervision, and execution coordination
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines
- Monitor progress and resolve site-level design or execution issues
- Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Office Interiors / Commercial Fit-Out Projects
- Proficiency in:
AutoCAD (Mandatory)
SketchUp / 3ds Max (or equivalent)
V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape (Rendering)
- Experience in walkthrough creation and realistic rendering
- Sound knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods
- Hands-on experience in site coordination and execution
- Good communication and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
