Interior Designer cum Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Interior Designer cum Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing design concepts, drawings, and material selections, while also supporting quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills to support both design and commercial aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing interior design concepts and drawings.
• Support in material selection and preparation of mood boards.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs.
• Assist in cost estimation and project budgeting.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for quotations and material samples.
• Provide support to the project team throughout design and execution stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Basic understanding of quantity surveying and cost estimation.
• 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
